Today's word of the day is Apodyopsis.
This Weirdly Specific Word, Apodyopsis is not only cool-sounding it has a great meaning.
As a comedian I know what it is like to stand on stage but i have never usded this tactic. There was a fella that was once a cop, then a comedian with a joke about being somewhere in your underwear and it was aweful. There should be a word for how aweful it was with negative feedback and no desire to change. .
Either way this word is much cooler than that bit for sure.
