Great Short Stories: The Black Cat by Edgar Allan Poe

Let me begin by saying that I do not prefer cats as an animal that Ito be in my presence. I have lived with two cats in my life. One would hide in my closet and scare the pants off me when I went to get changed. The only benefit to the existence of this cat is my nightly reminder of not having to remove my own pant out of the scare. The second cat that I was forced to accompany in a home would sit at the bottom of the stairs and say Hellllllooooo in a creepy cat voiced way that was clearly a greeting. There were no other words and if there had been I would have acted the premises immediately.

I do not like cats. Edgard Allan Poe liked cats at the beginning of this story so take a listen and see what happens.
