This one is a thinker for the election season. Everyone counts but not treated equally. Is it ok for a leader and/or lion to determine that you aren’t good enough to listen to when complaining? Aesop taught a lot of lessons and this one seems to teach intolerance of those you find lesser than yourself.
Find Aesop’s Fables before they are deconstructed on Facebook. There is also a project on HITRECORD where you can write your own fable, provide artwork, and music to bring these stories into modern times. Hopefully, the new ones contain less murder.
